FAQ

🌸 Frequently Asked Questions

When will my dahlia tubers ship?

Dahlia tubers ship in the spring once the risk of freezing temperatures has passed. Shipping typically begins in April and may vary slightly depending on weather conditions in your region.

How are tubers packaged?

Each tuber is carefully inspected, labeled, and packaged to protect the neck and crown during transit. We take pride in sending strong, viable tubers ready for planting.

Do you guarantee your tubers?

Yes. If your tuber arrives damaged or does not have at least one visible eye by planting time, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We are committed to quality and will make it right when possible.

What size tubers do you ship?

We ship healthy, viable tubers with at least one eye. Size can vary by variety, but every tuber meets our standards for strong growth potential.

Can I combine orders?

Orders cannot be combined once placed. Due to inventory limits and high demand, we recommend placing a single order when possible.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final due to limited inventory and seasonal planning.

How do I store my tubers if they arrive early?

Store tubers in a cool, dark place (around 40–50°F) in the original packaging until planting time. Avoid excess moisture to prevent rot.

When should I plant my dahlias?

Plant after your last frost date when soil temperatures reach at least 55°F. Dahlias thrive in full sun and well-draining soil.
